ISLE CITY OF ALAMEDA BPW YOUNG CAREERIST COMPETITION

The competition, sponsored by Business and Professional Women (BPW/USA), is a way of identifying, recognizing and honoring the accomplishments of successful young working women.

 

Isle City of Alameda Business & Professional Women (BPW) seeks candidates for its YOUNG CAREERIST PROGRAM!

  • Have you been employed in a business or profession for at least a year and are between 21 and 35 years of age?
  • Do you mentor anyone between 21 and 35 years of age you would recommend as a Young Careerist?

If your answer is YES to either of these questions, contact Isle City BPW today about the Young Careerist Program. Young Careerist candidates compete at the local, district, state and now national levels, gaining personal and professional development skills at each level in a supportive, mentoring environment. This program is BPW's way of recognizing the accomplishments of successful young career women and men throughout the country.

To be eligible, you

  • must be between the ages of 21and 35 by July 31, 2006;
  • are employed in a business or profession for at least one year in your career area;
  • have a strong academic record, and involved in community service and/or faith-based work;
  • reside and work in the San Francisco Bay Area;
  • support the goals and objectives and the legislative platform of BPW/USA. Visit www.bpwusa.org for details.
